Hallmark House is an affordable housing property, and as such prospective residents are subject to income limits.

 

Your acceptance to the Low Income Housing Tax Credit Program is contingent upon your confirmed eligibility. The Program regulations require third party verification of your income, assets, and other household history.

60% AMI

1 Person - $78,300*

2 person - $89,520*

3 Person - $100,680*
